Plan your visit

Plan your time around Jawahar Circle

Early mornings and late afternoons bring the cooler air and softer light that suit the walking circuits. Check the timing, weather and what to expect on site before you set out, so the rest of your Jaipur day falls into place.

Getting there

Reaching the area by taxi, bus and metro

Jawahar Circle sits in south Jaipur, and most visitors arrive by taxi, app-booked cab or auto-rickshaw. Ask for Jawahar Circle or Malviya Nagar as your destination, since drivers know both names well.

By airport taxi

Pre-paid airport taxis and app cabs are the simplest option from the terminal. The drive usually follows the main airport corridor into south Jaipur.

By city bus or metro

City buses serve the wider south Jaipur corridors. Use a metro connection to reach the central stations, then continue by auto-rickshaw for the last stretch.

On foot from nearby

If you are staying in Malviya Nagar, the walk is a comfortable way to arrive. Shaded footpaths and tree-lined streets make the approach pleasant in the morning.
